Why We Built This Site
Missouri provides several public record routes, but each answers a different question. Pulaski County police and sheriff records document local incidents and arrests. The Circuit Clerk keeps filed charges and dispositions, while the Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS Division maintains the statewide repository. State custody belongs with the Missouri Department of Corrections, and MSHP also maintains the Missouri Sex Offender Registry. We assembled the official search paths, contact details, fees, and request steps to make that division easier to follow.
What You Will Find Here

- Official check steps: how MACHS name and fingerprint searches work through MSHP CJIS
- Agency contacts: where to reach the sheriff, Circuit Clerk, city police, and statewide record systems
- Record relief details: how Missouri expungement works and where a Pulaski County petition is filed
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Missouri court, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. Its limits are important:
- We do not retrieve criminal records or perform official background checks
- We cannot submit an expungement petition or public-record request for a visitor
- We do not issue certified court documents, rap sheets, or police records
- We cannot give legal advice about a charge, warrant, or case
- We cannot promise that an agency's fee, address, or phone number has not changed
An official copy must come from its source, such as the sheriff, Circuit Clerk, or Missouri State Highway Patrol Central Repository. This resource only identifies those routes.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They operate their own services and decide what to charge. A completed paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set partner prices, control their results, or treat those results as official Pulaski County records.
