Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and returns its results. We do not keep or log those query terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email or other message as needed to answer it. The submission remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers receive basic technical details whenever a page loads:
- Page-view dates and times
- The browser and version in use
- Device category and operating system
- Visited pages and time spent on them
- A referring website, when available
- The device's assigned IP address
Cookies and Analytics
Small cookie files and analytics services help measure aggregated traffic, popular pages, and where visits end. A browser can reject or remove cookies. Some functions may respond differently when cookies are blocked.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not keep, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The site identifies where Pulaski County records can be requested from the sheriff, Circuit Clerk, Missouri State Highway Patrol Central Repository, and Missouri Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not turned into a consumer report or a third-party criminal record.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their own privacy policies govern anything submitted through a tool, including retention and sharing. Review the provider's terms before running a query because we do not direct those practices.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to courts, law-enforcement offices, Missouri agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's privacy policy applies. Read it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and tailor ads. We do not operate that tracking.

Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be available to:

Reasonable security practices protect information in our control. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so we cannot promise that a breach or unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If we learn that a minor supplied such data, we will remove it.
Your Data Rights
Rights may vary by residence and applicable law. Missouri's Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, governs records held by public bodies, while RSMo §43.509 controls dissemination from the state criminal-history repository. Those government-record laws do not convert this private site into a public custodian. Subject to applicable law, a visitor may:
- Request access to personal information held about them
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Seek deletion where the law permits it
- Decline certain processing when an applicable right exists
